We register limited companies in the United Kingdom for entrepreneurs from Poland - remotely, in Polish and with full support after registration: accounting, taxes and dealings with Companies House and HMRC.
A limited company (LTD) is the British equivalent of a limited liability company (sp. z o.o.) - the most popular form of running a business in England. Registration with Companies House is done entirely online, and you do not need to live in the UK or fly to London to set up a company.

Simply setting up a company in England does not mean you will pay tax only in the United Kingdom. If the company is in practice managed from Poland, the Polish Tax Office (urząd skarbowy) may decide that its place of management - and therefore its tax residence - is in Poland. The rules on controlled foreign companies (CFC) and the way profits are paid out also matter.
That is why we begin every registration with an analysis: how the company will be managed, where the clients are and how you want to take money out. Only then do you know whether an LTD is really worthwhile.
Registration is only the beginning. We provide accounting for LTD companies and keep track of all deadlines with Companies House and HMRC.
Annual accounts filed with Companies House - 9 months after the end of the company's financial year.
Tax is payable 9 months and 1 day after the year end, and the CT600 return is due within 12 months.
An annual confirmation of the details of the company, its directors and shareholders with Companies House.
VAT registration once turnover exceeds £90,000 in 12 months, returns under MTD, and pay for the director and employees.
The Companies House official fee for online registration is £100 (from 1 February 2026), and the annual confirmation statement costs £50. The cost of our service - registration, address, accounting and advisory - is quoted individually and presented before we start working together.
Once a complete application has been submitted, Companies House usually registers the company within 1-2 working days. Beforehand, the director and the people with significant control over the company must complete identity verification - with our help this usually takes just a few minutes.
No. The director and shareholder of an LTD company can be a Polish citizen living in Poland, and we carry out the entire process remotely. However, the company must have a registered address in the United Kingdom.
Corporation Tax is 19% on profits up to £50,000 and 25% on profits above £250,000. Between these thresholds marginal relief applies, so the effective rate rises gradually. You also need to check whether the company is subject to taxation in Poland because of its place of management.
It may do. If the company is in practice managed from Poland, the Polish tax authorities may treat it as a Polish tax resident. That is why, before registration, we analyse how the company will operate and choose a solution that complies with the rules of both countries.
Yes. We keep the accounts of LTD companies, prepare annual accounts, CT600 returns, VAT returns, payroll and confirmation statements, and we represent the company before HMRC as its agent.
